Project Summary
HuaYu Planning were instructed to submit a retrospective full planning application following enforcement investigations into the works carried out at the site. We were successful in justifying the works in accordance with the Council’s housing policies as set out in the Local Plan and in demonstrating that the additional units would provide a good living condition to future occupants. The breach of planning control was rectified via planning permission be granted.
