Erection of a two-storey rear extension to facilitate the conversion of the property from existing 4 flats to 8 flats, with associated bin and bike storage and landscaping works and new dropped kerb access.

Project Summary

Following a previously refused scheme, our client approached us seeking to explore the development potential of the site. Our design team effectively developed an innovative approach to address the factors that led to the initial refusal. We also demonstrated that the existing parking spaces are sufficient to support the intensified use of the site, despite the Council’s requirements for a higher number of parking spaces.
